How we design an in-house program for your team
Every in-house engagement we run in Singapore follows the same six-step design path. This is what turns a generic leadership course into a program your team recognises as "about us" from the first slide.

Scoping conversation
A 45-minute discovery call with your L&D sponsor and, ideally, the senior leader of the intended cohort. We clarify the business outcome, cohort composition, logistical constraints, and what "success" looks like six months after the program ends.

Diagnostic & needs analysis
Optional short diagnostic - survey, focus groups, or structured interviews with a sample of participants and their managers. Purpose: to make sure the training is addressing the actual capability gap, not the assumed one.

Content customisation
We rework the base program to your context - sector-specific case examples, your org structure, real scenarios surfaced in the diagnostic, your internal language, and your strategic priorities. Draft materials go to you for review before delivery.

Delivery
Program runs at your location, an offsite venue we arrange in Singapore, or virtually for dispersed teams. Typical durations: half-day to 3-day intensives, or modular over weeks/months. Lead facilitator plus a support facilitator for larger cohorts.

Shift supervisors learning as a team, not as individuals
Context
A global FMCG manufacturer in Singapore wanted to lift leadership capability across its three-shift production operation. Sending one or two supervisors at a time to a public course had left the wider team unchanged - returning trainees could not influence a shift culture they were outnumbered in.
Design
In-house 2-day intensive, run three times across the three shifts so every supervisor on every shift attended with their direct peers. Content customised to production-floor scenarios - safety conversations, shift handover, coaching frontline teams through manufacturing change.
Outcome
Leadership-behaviour survey scores moved up meaningfully across all three shifts within six months. The shared language from the program became the internal vocabulary for daily shift briefings.

Context
A regional financial services firm's Singapore exec team had just set a three-year strategy that required pushing decision-making deeper into the organisation. The gap: the same exec team had spent its careers being the decision-makers. Capability to coach - not just direct - had to be built in the leaders before it could cascade.
Design
In-house modular pathway for the 12-person exec team over 6 months. Leaders as Coach (2 days) first, then Storytelling for Leaders (1 day) three months later to support the change narrative. Paired with monthly team-coaching check-ins.
Outcome
Exec team's self-reported coaching frequency with direct reports roughly doubled at the 90-day review. The strategy cascade rolled out on schedule with markedly fewer escalations on decisions the exec team previously would have made centrally.

Context
A listed regional conglomerate's Singapore operation was being asked to present more frequently to the parent-company board in Hong Kong. Six senior leaders - strong operators, rarely on stage - needed to close a visible gap in executive-level communication without a multi-month program they did not have time for.
Design
Three-day in-house PIVOTAL intensive ran at the client's Singapore office. Every exercise used the leaders' actual upcoming board papers as source material. Each participant walked out with a rehearsed, filmed, and feedback-reviewed version of a real presentation they would deliver within the next four weeks.
Outcome
All six leaders subsequently presented to the parent-company board. Chair-level feedback explicitly noted the step-change in clarity and structure. The program has since been requested annually as part of the group's senior-leader onboarding.
