I was recently been awarded the designation of CSP™ (Certified Speaking Professional).
The CSP™ is the speaking profession’s international measure of professional platform skill and less than 12% of 5000 professional speakers worldwide hold the designation.
This rigorous certification process reviews a minimum of 250 speaking engagements within 10 years and documented earnings of at least a quarter million dollars over a 5-year period. All CSPs are assessed on their enterprise, ethics, eloquence, and expertise by both their clients and other professional speakers.
There are only 13 CSPs residing in Singapore and I am currently the youngest to be ever awarded. Some of you have seen me grow from a young trainer to be one of the most energizing speakers in Singapore. After travelling to 10 countries and speaking to thousands of leaders and professionals, I am honoured to be awarded this designation and share my joy with you. Dreams do come true. But it was never easy. I worked really hard to overcome obstacle after obstacle and there were so many setbacks. In fact, the road to success is often laden with distractions and discouragements.
What started off as a simple dream to influence people has changed us into a transformational company where we get involved in working with leaders from corporate and government organisations to build leadership capabilities and move their people towards solution focused conversations.
In some of my talks, I mentioned that people often dream. But in order to achieve your dreams, the first thing you need to do is to wake up and take action. Take massive action and you will see more results in your life.
Personally, I am grateful to my clients who believed in me and what Deep Impact can do for them. We exist for you. So, this award is a recognition of our continuous pledge that we will work hard in serving you.
