Clients who partner with us, commit themselves to make these changes happen by implementing and measuring the change, using our recommended approach.
What is unique about our Leadership Development Program?
Instead of one-size-fits-all approach and knowledge-based learning, Deep Impact uses real and unique business challenges contributed by clients and addresses them.
We also use the Solutions Focused Approach which moves people away from problem talk, create possibilities fast, focus on what is working and create momentum to these new realities.
This is different from most approaches which employ deep dive into understanding the problem, focus on what is not working and discuss obstacles that hold them back.
Our program requires us to work with clients over a three-month period to implement the lessons learnt and support their implementation journey. They are also required to present their improvements to senior leaders once this period is over.
This is a big contrast from other programs where they end when the program ends.
We help participants feel confident about what they have learnt (“I can do this”), but also develop their mindset to “I will do it”.
