Kenneth Kwan of Deep Impact Recognised Among the Top 60 Singapore Trainers & Speakers
We are thrilled to announce that Kenneth Kwan, Founder and Managing Partner of Deep Impact, has been recognised as one of Singapore’s 60 Most Celebrated Trainers & Speakers, curated by New In Asia. This honour highlights Kenneth’s lasting contribution to leadership development, organisational transformation and change management. More than a recognition, it reflects Deep Impact’s continued commitment to helping leaders and teams achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes through intentional learning design and partnership.
Why This Recognition Matters
For over 18 years, Deep Impact has been at the forefront of leadership training and transformation. We have had the privilege to work with over 285 organisations, impacting more than 42,720 leaders across 40+ countries.
We’ve journeyed with organisations such as Orange Business Asia Pacific, Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co (Singapore), research entities from A*STAR, and Becton Dickinson, helping them craft leadership development pathways that align learning outcomes with business goals.
Kenneth has also been invited by global brands such as Toyota Motors, AIA, Coca-Cola, and Hilton Worldwide to share insights at leadership keynotes—reflecting our continued partnership with companies that value intentional learning and change.
In today’s fast-evolving business environment, where transformation is constant, recognitions like the SG60 celebrate not only individual excellence but also the collective effort behind it—leaders, clients, and partners who make change happen.
The Deep Impact Approach: Small Steps to Big Changes
At Deep Impact, we believe transformation doesn’t require overhauls—it starts with small, intentional steps that compound into lasting impact. Our approach, rooted in our signature philosophy Small Steps to Big Changes®, focuses on creating learning experiences that translate directly into behavioural and organisational results.
We work closely with clients to co-design the learning journey—from defining desired leadership outcomes to aligning the programme design with business priorities and measuring what truly matters after the session ends.
It’s an approach that’s not only evidence-based but deeply human, combining facilitation, coaching, and reflective practice to help leaders move from awareness to action.
We partner with organizations to:
Cultivate agile leadership:equipping leaders to adapt, decide, and lead effectively in uncertainty.
Build high-performance cultures: aligning people, processes, and purpose to sustain collaboration and innovation.
Foster a change-ready mindset helping teams embrace disruption as an opportunity for growth.
Every engagement is designed to make learning stick, turning insights into daily actions that move the organisation forward.
Partnerships That Shape Change
Our impact has always been built on partnership. Deep Impact’s strength lies in journeying alongside clients, not just training them.
From senior leadership retreats to long-term development pathways, we ensure that each experience is intentional, practical, and sustainable.
Rather than chasing quick wins, we focus on helping teams embed new mindsets, strengthen relationships, and take consistent steps towards cultural transformation. This is how we measure success—not by what happens in the classroom, but by the progress that continues long after.
Kenneth’s inclusion in the SG60 Showcase is a reflection of this collective effort: a recognition of Deep Impact’s clients who have chosen to invest in purposeful leadership and long-term impact.
